Growing up in rural MN, I learned the value of hard work and authenticity. “Do it right or do it twice,” is a mantra instilled in me from an early age (thanks Dad). And my Mother taught me that honesty isn’t the best policy, it’s the only policy. The values instilled in me as a child guide my decisions to this day.
While attending University of North Dakota Law School in 2011, I was fortunate enough to connect with some great people who were big thinkers like me. We teamed up and started an investment group focused on acquiring homes in AZ and FL. That was my first foray into real estate, and it opened the door to numerous opportunities – a house flipping operation active in 5 states, a long term rental operation active in two states, and multiple other projects. From rentals and quick flips to tear-downs or new construction – I enjoy all aspects of real estate.
